Our take
For building a custom dumbbell setup, this York handle works well. The 14-inch length gives plenty of room for plates, and the chrome finish looks good. The spinlock collars tighten securely and hold plates in place during lifts. My only complaint is that the knurling could be more aggressive—it feels a bit slick with sweaty hands. Also, the price is decent, but you'll need to buy plates separately. Overall, a solid handle for the money.
